Upon our purchase of Nethermill in 2012, which included a stone cottage style building along with some grazing land and woodland overlooking the Firth of Clyde, we embarked on making Nethermill our ‘Forever Home’.
To begin with, we set about converting the stone building from an office into a house, and more importantly a family home, before improving the grazing land and building a shed to a level where we could breed our Pedigree Texel sheep (some of whom you may see grazing and roaming the fields during your stay). We then turned our attention to the native woodland, and began the thought process of what best way to utilise this area and the spectacular views on offer.
